None of these can be solved by one application or one organization. The Foundation’s vision is infrastructure that helps the people already working on them coordinate — securely, with consent, and with measurable results.
Poverty
Families who need several kinds of help at once, from systems that do not talk to each other.
Hunger and food insecurity
Food that exists and people who need it, with no reliable way to match the two in time.
Unemployment and underemployment
People who want to work and cannot see a realistic path to a job that fits them.
Unequal access to education
Learning, scholarships and mentorship that depend on where someone was born.

VNet’s integrated architecture is designed to connect individuals and organizations securely while letting each participant keep appropriate control over its own information.
It combines verified identity, secure data management, AI-assisted workflows, policy controls, auditability and specialized applications within one unified platform — so a nonprofit, a court, a school and an employer can work on the same person’s situation without ever sharing more than each is authorized to see.
From charity to coordinated impact
Coordinate around the person, not the program.
A family facing unemployment may simultaneously need employment assistance, food support, healthcare, education, transportation, financial guidance and legal assistance. Today each of those is a separate door, a separate form and a separate wait. The vision: authorized organizations coordinate securely around the individual, and every exchange passes the same check first.
What the person chose to share, with the organizations they chose, for the purpose they chose.
What an organization needs to act, with the rest masked or withheld — eligibility without the whole file.
What nobody outside the person’s own protected environment may see. Refused, and recorded.
Who decides what is shared?
The person, within the limits of applicable law. Consent is explicit, purpose-bound and revocable, and every access is recorded so the person can see who saw what and why.
Does this mean one big database of people in need?
No. Information stays in each person’s protected environment, encrypted item by item. Organizations receive what policy and consent allow for a specific purpose, not a copy of the record.
What does “measurable” mean here?
Participating organizations could report aggregated, anonymised outcomes — placements, completions, meals connected — through the Global Impact Dashboard. Nothing is shown there until it is real and verified.

Everything on this site describes what VNet and participating organizations could do together. VNet has not solved poverty, hunger, unemployment or injustice, and no technology will on its own. What VNet is designed to provide is infrastructure — secure identity, protected data, governed AI and specialized applications — that can help the people already doing this work coordinate and measure real improvements.
