Ownership & participation in VNet World Corp
If VNet succeeds, organizations working to improve humanity should have an opportunity to participate in that success.
The vision: allowing qualified nonprofit organizations, foundations and potentially other mission-aligned institutions to participate economically in VNet World Corp (VWC) — including potentially through ownership of VWC stock, where legally permitted and pursuant to applicable securities laws and formal agreements.

Any participation in VNet World Corp by any organization would be subject to applicable laws (including securities laws), eligibility requirements, corporate approvals, and definitive written agreements, and may not be available in every jurisdiction or to every organization.

Potential benefits of mission-aligned ownership
If participation were available and an organization chose it, ownership could potentially support:
Long-term organizational sustainability
A source of support that is not the next campaign.
Participation in VWC’s potential growth
Sharing in the outcome of the platform the programs run on — if it succeeds.
Funding humanitarian programs
Resources directed by the organizations that run them.
Supporting education
Scholarships, mentorship and access.
Supporting healthcare initiatives
Community health, prevention and access.
Supporting food and poverty programs
The coordination described in Poverty & hunger.
Supporting legal assistance
Legal aid that reaches the people who need it.
Funding technology access
Bringing people and communities into the digital economy.
How to read this page
Is VWC offering stock to nonprofits today?
No. This page describes a vision and a potential mechanism. Any actual program would be announced separately, with its own terms, eligibility requirements, legal documentation and definitive agreements.
Who could qualify?
The vision refers to qualified nonprofit organizations, foundations and potentially other mission-aligned institutions. What “qualified” means would be defined by the applicable program, law and corporate approvals — not by this page.
Would participation replace donations?
No claim is made that it would. Participation is not guaranteed to produce income or growth, and the Foundation vision continues to welcome donations through VDonate.
