VV — AI for humanity
An assistant that connects, not just answers.
VV is VNet’s intelligent assistant. In the Foundation vision it helps individuals and organizations navigate the whole ecosystem — and, with the person’s authorization, connects them with the applications, institutions, resources, workflows and opportunities that can actually help.
What you could ask

Scholarships matched to your record and situation, and the organizations behind them.

“VV, help me understand this government program.”
Plain language, eligibility, and a way to apply — inside a verified, secure channel.

The important distinction
With your authorization, VV acts on your behalf.
VV should not simply answer questions. With user authorization, VV should help connect people with the appropriate VNet applications, institutions, resources, workflows and opportunities — book the appointment, start the application, introduce you to the organization.
And VV is governed: what it may see is decided by policy and sensitivity before it sees anything, its actions are recorded, and it works inside the same identity and consent controls as everything else on VNet.
Good questions about VV
Does VV decide whether I am eligible for something?
No. VV helps you find and reach programs and organizations. Eligibility decisions belong to the organization or government that runs the program.
Does VV share my information with organizations?
Only what you authorize, for the purpose you authorize, and every such exchange is recorded where you can see it.
Is VV a doctor, a lawyer or a caseworker?
No. VV provides information, navigation and assistance; it does not diagnose, represent or decide. It connects you with the people who can.
